Personal Consultation – In Person or Remotely

Interested in a piece of furniture but still unsure about the size, material, colour or finish? We are happy to advise you personally and take the time to answer your questions.

You don't need to come to Vienna for a consultation. Many of our customers order conveniently through our online shop and receive advice beforehand by phone, email, WhatsApp or, if preferred, by video call.

Consultation at our SCHAU:RAUM in Vienna

Would you like to experience our furniture in person? You are very welcome to visit our SCHAU:RAUM in Vienna. Here you can view selected furniture, materials and finishes and receive personal advice.

For a detailed and personal consultation, we kindly ask you to make an appointment in advance. This allows us to prepare for your visit and make sure we have enough time for you.

As we also attend appointments outside our SCHAU:RAUM, it may occasionally be unattended during regular opening hours. We therefore recommend arranging your visit with us in advance.

Remote Consultation

Do you live outside Vienna, for example in Germany or Switzerland? We are also happy to advise you remotely.

Depending on your needs, we can discuss questions about products, materials, colours, dimensions and finishes by phone, email, WhatsApp or video call.

This allows you to get detailed information before placing your order without having to visit our SCHAU:RAUM in person.

On-Site Consultation

For larger interior projects, an on-site consultation at your premises may also be possible by individual arrangement.

Simply contact us with the key details of your project. We will then discuss the available options with you.

Request a Personal Consultation

Tell us briefly which piece of furniture or interior project you are interested in and what type of consultation you would prefer.
