Shipping & Delivery
We deliver our furniture carefully and reliably directly to your home using specialized furniture shipping companies.
As standard, delivery is to the curbside.
After your order has been shipped, our shipping partner will coordinate the delivery with you in advance.
Smaller items may be shipped via parcel service where applicable.
Free Shipping
Curbside delivery is already included in the product price for all products for the following countries:
- Austria, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria
Shipping Costs Within Europe
For deliveries to the following countries, we charge a flat shipping rate starting from € 250.00 per order:
- France, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Finland
For larger orders or particularly complex deliveries, we reserve the right to calculate shipping costs individually. In this case, we will of course inform you transparently about all delivery costs in advance.
Shipping costs are displayed automatically during checkout.
Deliveries to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we charge a flat rate of € 190.00 per order.
This flat rate already includes:
- Transport costs
- Import customs clearance
- Customs processing
- All import and entry costs
You do not need to worry about any import formalities and will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
The product prices shown in the online shop also apply to deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. There is no refund of Austrian VAT.
Worldwide Shipping
We are happy to deliver our furniture worldwide.
For deliveries outside the European Union as well as outside the shipping zones listed above, shipping costs will be calculated individually.
Since international furniture transport varies depending on the delivery address, product size, and import regulations, we will work with our shipping partners to find the optimal shipping solution for your order.
For larger international orders, we are happy to provide an individual shipping quote. Our team will contact you after your inquiry with all details regarding delivery, delivery time, and shipping costs.

Delivery to Companies within the EU
Companies within the European Union with a valid VAT ID number can be supplied tax-free in accordance with the reverse-charge procedure.
Please contact us before placing your order or provide your VAT ID number when ordering. The tax verification will be carried out in accordance with applicable EU guidelines.
Self-collection
Self-collection is possible by prior appointment.
