All orders are delivered by our furniture shipping partner.

Delivery is curbside delivery and is referred to as standard delivery.
In addition, we offer the option of organizing shipping by post for small items.
Don't want to unpack and assemble yourself? Then use our Solidmade GmbH - 5* - delivery service! Buildings and places (mountain areas) that cannot be reached or that are difficult to reach by car/truck must be agreed and calculated individually and are excluded from these provisions. Our furniture forwarding partner will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date.

Standard Delivery

Delivery to the curb - 0.00 EUR Our furniture forwarding partner brings all packages to the curb. The customer takes care of carrying it up and assembling it himself.

mail delivery

Orders of small items will be sent by post for a shipping fee of EUR 15. Parcels are usually delivered unannounced.

Costs for Solidmade - 5* - delivery service

Delivery to your home or office, incl. unpacking, assembly, disposal, packaging material - EUR 250.00 Our furniture shipping partner brings all packages to your home. All items are unpacked and all packaging materials are taken away and disposed of properly. In addition, the fitters assemble all the furniture you have ordered in a maximum of one hour. This is the full service package.
Pendant lights and other electrical devices are excluded from the assembly service.

The possibility of self-pickup in the store or in the warehouse is possible with prior arrangement.

Danger!

Sofas, sideboards and other furniture are sometimes very large and bulky. Please check in advance whether delivery to your apartment is even possible with two men. If it is not possible to bring the furniture to its destination, for example because the stairwell is too narrow, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.
